Everything met every demand and I had a fun stay of 3 nights. I had tastefully decorated and contemporary double room. The best and prime location next to s island with magnificent views of Venice, and beautiful surroundings, I felt safe.

The room was spotless, contemporary and included coffee, a seating area, and a mobile. The pool area was heated and the location was incredible and good, adjacent to a private water taxi, the private island in the lagoon and the grounds. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 100 minutes walk away. I really enjoyed downstairs bar. Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Venice.

Loved to be here, the hotel was immaculately clean and beautifuly designed, the location was the best and prime by water taxi or by the courtesy shuttle boat from St Marks square. The staff were extremely well trained, helped with any issues. The breakfast was varied and sumptuous with views of the Venice skyline, I tried savoury pastries and bacon. I was there for the trip and had a fun stay, so I would like to stay longer.

Had perfect stay for 2 nights and the weather was beautiful. The breakfast offered pastries and bacon, was local and with views of the Venice skyline. Incredible location and overall the staff was exceptionally attentive. There was an outdoor restaurant, a local market and local markets next door. Everything exceeded all expectations, I would love to go back.
