The location was the best and prime, not far from St Mark's square which is excellent, a water taxi from the Airport directly to the island for the 30-45 minute boat trip and the main island near San Marco. The room was brand-new and the breakfast was large, very good service. Everyone was extremely well trained.

The pool area was heated and the location was incredible and good, adjacent to a private water taxi, the private island in the lagoon and the grounds. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 100 minutes walk away. I really enjoyed downstairs bar. Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Venice.

Loved to be here, the hotel was immaculately clean and beautifuly designed, the location was the best and prime by water taxi or by the courtesy shuttle boat from St Marks square. The staff were extremely well trained, helped with any issues. The breakfast was varied and sumptuous with views of the Venice skyline, I tried savoury pastries and bacon. I was there for the trip and had a fun stay, so I would like to stay longer.
